Refund policy

If two people pay during a race, only a payment still higher than the current occupant wins. A valid stale payment is automatically sent for refund. Technical failure that prevents fulfillment is also eligible.

A successful purchase begins immediately and is normally final. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
